SR 89 to Wickenburg Interim Bypass Agency Scoping Meeting An agency scoping meeting was held on June 14, 2005, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the Training Room at the Phoenix Construction District Office, 4550 N. Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues and concerns to be addressed during development and evaluation of the roadway improvement alternatives. The agency input from this meeting, as well as public input from the Public Scoping Meeting held August 10, 2005, is summarized in the Project Scoping Report.
