The Study Team
The Study Team is composed of three groups. The Project Team, composed of ADOT technical leaders and administrative managers, provides ADOT policy and procedural direction, meets at key project milestones, and provides technical reviews of the study documents. The Interdisciplinary (ID) Team provides agency policy and procedural direction, validates alternative evaluation criteria, reviews study findings, and works toward a consensus on a preferred alternative. The Steering Committee reviews the study’s progress and provides communication and coordination with local community and government organizations. The Study Team is managed by ADOT, led by Paul O'Brien of ADOT's Predesign Section, assisted by Michael Daehler of ADOT's Environmental Planning Group. |
